Subscription & Subscription Cancellation
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries indefinitely once a month until cancelled by you or Aurora's Letterbox.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Or you can go directly to myaccount.aurorasletterbox.com

If you cancel your subscription after that month's subscription is mailed, you will still be charged for that month and will not be refunded. For example, if your order is mailed out on October 25th, and you cancel on October 27th, you will still be charged for the month of October.
Return Policy
No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Aurora's Letterbox reserves the right to cancel or pause any order(s) at any time for any reason.
One-Time Purchase Cancellation Policy
One-time purchases can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Orders cancelled after 1 hour of purchase will still be charged.
